Yes, from the color palette screen simply long press any color circle outside the gray line box and a window will pop up giving you the option to slide your finger through the color spectrum to a specific custom color. You can also type in RGB codes for different color options. Then click OK and that custom color will be saved in that color circle.

From there, slowly decrease the number in the blue category until you see a white light you like. You can also use google to search for lists of RGB codes for different white hues.
