Permanent Christmas Light Installation in the Chicago Area
Yes, you can stop hanging Christmas lights every year. LightBiz Template installs permanent, app-controlled LED lights in a slim track along your roofline. They blend in during the day, light up for Christmas and every other holiday, and stay up all year with nothing to take down in January.
What Chicago homeowners ask first
What does it cost?
Pricing is based on the length of your roofline. A home with 100 to 130 feet of roofline typically runs $4,000 to $5,000, and larger homes run more. See prices by roofline size.
How long does installation take?
Most homes are installed in a single day. The lights mount in a low-profile track under your roofline, with no nails through your shingles.
When should I book?
Book by early fall to be lit before Thanksgiving. The install calendar fills quickly in November and December.
Can I use them after Christmas?
Yes. Pick colors and patterns in the app for every holiday, game days, parties or an everyday warm white.
What is covered by the warranty?
Lifetime product warranty on all parts, plus a 1-year minimum labor warranty. You also get local support after the install.
Will I see the lights during the day?
Barely. The track is color-matched to your trim, so it blends into the roofline until you turn the lights on.

Festive Lights for Your Holiday Season
Christmas has long been symbolized by the cozy, flickering lights that adorn our homes.
Every year, people scale ladders and spend hours carefully stringing up these glistening lights.
At Trimlight, while we value this annual ritual, we present a more enduring solution.
Let us introduce you to our high-quality LED lights, a permanent feature of your exterior.
These durable lights are housed in solid channels and blend in with the architecture of your home.
Enjoy the holidays without the risk of ladders every year.
Look forward to an impressive light show right outside your home. Become the neighborhood sensation.
The same system runs every other holiday through the year, so it earns its keep well past December.
